We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals presenting heart disease and world class athletes recently removed from competition. We scale load and intensity but we don’t change programs.The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind. We publish our daily workouts on Beyond The Whiteboard, an App exclusively used by Functional Training venues to allow our members to record and track progress.
