When it comes to personal training, we put YOUR fitness goals at the forefront. Our Personal Trainers will individualize your program so that you can reach your goals as quickly and as safely as possible. Many of our Personal Trainers have similar backgrounds, however, it is their individual training methods and active-lifestyle hobbies outside of the club that brings their unique experience and style to each training session. All Transcend Trainers hold at least one nationally accredited certification. If you’re not sure which trainer you want to work with, we can assist you in choosing which trainer works best for your needs and expectations.
Our Accountability Program allows you to choose a training schedule that works for you. You can choose half-hour or one-hour sessions, 1x, 2x, or 3x per week. You can sign up for personal training without joining as a general member*.
