Strong : Heavier weight days
Power: Explosive movement days
Sweat: HIIT routine days
Move: Endurance days
+ on the schedule will indicate bonus accessory work, for example, ‘Core’ work.
Our coaches intentions here are to hone in on specific skills and to properly condition us to rest and build muscles!
