When it comes to personal training, we put YOUR fitness goals at the forefront. Our Personal Trainers will individualize your program so that you can reach your goals as quickly and as safely as possible. Many of our Personal Trainers have similar backgrounds, however, it is their individual training methods and active-lifestyle hobbies outside of the club that brings their unique experience and style to each training session.
Our trainers create individualized training plans, designed specifically to meet your goals, factoring in your body type and lifestyle. You will be guided through your workouts with your PT by your side, making sure every ounce of energy exerted is put to good use and giving you encouragement even when you feel tired.
All Transcend Trainers hold at least one nationally accredited certification. If you’re not sure which trainer you want to work with, we can assist you in choosing which trainer works best for your needs and expectations. Many customers have had great experiences using our Personal Trainers.
Our Accountability Program allows you to choose a training schedule that works for you. You can choose half-hour or one-hour sessions, 1x, 2x, or 3x per week. You can sign up for personal training without joining as a general member.
Small Group
Small Group has many advantages. Comfort in numbers seems to be the winner. Studies show attendance and work capacity increase when working out with a friend or group. The shared financial commitment is much more favorable than that of a 1-on-1 option with personal training.
In addition to cost savings, with group personal training you get the added benefit of motivation from both your peers and the instructor. There is so much more energy in a group setting and even a little bit of good old-fashioned competition! It’s just human nature that when the person next to you is giving an all-out effort, you will be more likely to do the same.
Also, the trainers ability to scale workouts in groups of 3-4 is far more advantageous over larger group fitness classes. Personal attention is very much served throughout the entire Small Group Training session.

Transcend Speed School
The focus of speed school programming is to implement, monitor, and scale athletic range including proper running mechanics, plyometrics, and movement efficiency that will help them excel in their sport.
